Your billing information will be used for identity verification, to verify that the customer is of legal age and to ensure all bids are backed by a valid payment method. Please note that your winning items will be automatically paid right after the auction ends from the billing information provided.
Once you register an account with us, you will receive an email from Aucwine.com to your email address for verification. Please follow the instruction to complete your registration.
We will email Order Confirmations and Shipping Confirmations along with tracking information through your Aucwine.com account. If we encounter difficulty when processing an order, the information you provide on your account is used to contact you. It will also be used to contact sellers for consignment purposes.

Aucwine.com charges a flat 15% seller’s commission. This will be subtracted from the Seller’s final payment.

Members can login by selecting LOGIN. You will then be asked to enter your email address and your password to access your account information.
If you forgot your password, click on Forgot Your Password. Once you submit the email address linked to your Aucwine.com account, we will send you an email with instructions on how to update your password and login to your Aucwine.com account. If you cannot remember what email address is associated with your account, we can assist you find your account with recent order number.
You may always make changes to your Profile, Billing Information and Shipping Information by selecting Profile under My Account.
We offer the following payment options: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
We are required to collect tax in California. Sales tax is calculated as a percentage of the entire price paid, including the hammer price.
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on wines that are deemed undrinkable (spoilage) or “corked.” Return requests are accepted within 1 week after receiving bottle if different from description. Only unopened bottles are accepted.
Wine industry estimates that between 3 and 7 percent of all wines sealed with natural corks are ruined because of a natural fungus in corkwood (corked wines). Wines are purchased "as is" and at the buyer's risk as to the drinkability of the wine. This policy includes "corked" wines. This is completely uncontrollable of Aucwine.com.
Please note that although every effort is made to describe or measure the levels of older vintages, corks more than 20 years old begin to lose their elasticity and levels can change between cataloguing and sale. Old corks occasionally fail during or after shipment. Buyers must understand that there is always a risk of cork failure with old wines. Under no circumstances can an adjustment of price or credit be made after delivery.
We will not be responsible for any weather damage nor will we replace bottles damaged by the weather.

Due to federal and state regulations, all wine shipments must be received by an adult 21 years of age or older. An adult must be physically present to sign for the wine delivery. The person receiving delivery will be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Therefore we highly recommend that you provide us with a business shipping address for best service.
Generally orders are shipped in 1-2 business days unless buyer requests to hold or ship on a specific date. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or other carriers. Our standard delivery method for domestic shipment is Ground. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Federal regulations make it illegal to ship wine to P.O. Box or APO address. If you enter a P.O. Box or APO address as your shipping address, the wine will be returned to us and you will be charged for the original shipment, the return shipment and the subsequent shipment to a valid street address.
We cannot schedule shipments for a specific time during the day. During heat / bad weather conditions, we recommend using 2nd Day or Next Day shipping to avoid spoilage.

Ground – One to five business days in transit, depending on the location
3 Day – Three business days in transit
2 Day – Two business days in transit
Standard Overnight – One business day in transit
Priority Overnight – One business day in transit, morning delivery

Your wines will be stored in Aucwine’s temperature-controlled storage until we receive your shipment request.
Bottles in transit are fully insured. Insurance fee is included in 5% handling fee. *Weather damage is NOT covered by this insurance and we will not be responsible nor will we replace bottles damaged by the weather.
We recommend using 2 Day or Next Day shipping to avoid weather damage. We can also hold your bottles until weather is good to ship. Please choose the "Hold" option to hold you bottles.
Purchased bottles will be shipped right away if you chose the "Ship Now" option despite the weather.

Aucwine.com will store your bottles for free for 3 months at Aucwine.com’s temperature-controlled storage. Bottles stored for longer than this free storage period are stored at a monthly rate of 25¢ per bottle. Storage fee will be charged to your credit card at the time of shipment.
You may also arrange to pick up your purchases at our office in Torrance, CA. To do this please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (310)926-4951. We request at least 24 hour notice before coming to the office to pick up your wines. You will need at least one form of identification and an order receipt. Please bring your own wine box/bag for your bottles upon pickup. Wine shippers are also available for purchase at our office.

We make every attempt to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your experience, we would love to hear from you and have the opportunity to fix the problem
Aucwine.com is not responsible for wines damaged by heat or cold exposure. Wines spoiled by changes in temperature cannot be recovered. Please choose your shipping address and shipping method carefully.
Our items are well packaged to protect your items. However, if you do receive damaged merchandise, please email email@example.com or call us at (310)926-4951. Aucwine.com insures all shipments. aucwine.com will handle all claims in the event of loss or breakage. We will ask you to ship back the damaged bottles. As soon as we receive them, we will process a refund for your damaged items.
Although the occasion is rare, if you receive incorrect items, we will arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you to process a new order, Aucwine.com will issue a refund for your missing items and the original shipping cost, or send you the item immediately with no shipping charge.
When an order is returned to us after several delivery attempts at the address provided by the customer, we will happily assist you with the reshipment arrangements. However, please note that the additional shipping fee will apply.
Confirmed Orders can only be changed or cancelled through Aucwine.com. Once you have placed and confirmed your order, it is not possible to access it to cancel or make any edits to the order. Cancellation or change requests should be made as soon as possible after placing your order.
While we try our best to accommodate order cancellation requests, the timing for such requests is critical.Once our warehouse has started to process your order, it is not possible to make any changes or stop the shipment.
If we are not able to cancel an order because it is already in process or shipped, we can contact the carrier to process an address correction or to ask for them to return the package to Aucwine.com. In these cases, a refund upon return can be requested. Once the package arrives back at our warehouse,your refund would be processed,less the original and the returning shipping fees.
